Between The Liner creator and Editor-In-Chief, Taylor Scheibe is a Chicago-based writer, wanderer and coffee connoisseur. In her spare time, she sings very old country music and strums her ruby red acoustic guitar, Serena, works as an occasional stand-in for blondish actors on the television show, Chicago P.D and writes her young adult fiction trilogy.
